I understand that I can easily apply these gifts if I have initiative. But as of late I have broken ties and finished a contract with a soul group, so it makes it very awkward for me to visit them in that space.
But I still want to explore the ether and cosmos, the thing is, I don't know where to go or where to start. Should I wait for a new guidance, something to personally approach me or should I just dive in? I am thinking of visiting my inner hells to meet my shadow and select few demons.
Also, do all human beings have a soul/spirit? And is it possible to corrupt either of those? I have heard of souls being shattered, lost and scattered but never destroyed

As for your first question your intuition should be guiding you to your next step. Whatever is presenting itself or you feel drawn to is probably the right path, and from there an honest appeal to that influence/spirit/sphere will trigger the guidance. This millisecond of initial intuition/whatever is being placed in front of you is the personal daemon. Learning how to listen to it and trust it is a very valuable skill.

As for all humans having a soul/spirit that is a very hotly contested idea amongst mystics and magus. There are adepts that believe not all do, there are branches of gnosticism and mystic practice that teach that there are soulless automatons amongst us (and an extremely high number of them), however I am of a panentheistic understanding which can look like animism, and so therefore I can't honestly rationalize the idea that there are soulless or spiritless Beings when my praxis is built around the idea that planetary spirits and intelligences can be contacted, that All is God and God is All, and the nature of Being is the nature of Existing. I would like to point out though that this personal belief is one of philosophical conjecture and not direct experience.

So it is a conclusion you must come to yourself and it is a conclusion even the most advanced among us can not come to a unanimous agreement on.

You are saying all the right things and I completely agree. I was having a moment of doubt.
The thing about discernment and intuition is that it seems to be fickle and uncontrollable. Not that I'm complaining, but I appreciate the insight, it solidified what I was thinking in earnest. It's nice to hear it from another perspective.

The neo-gnosticism of Felipe Luis Moya and Gustavo Brondino suggest souls can be pretty effectively destroyed. This either by phagocytosis into the Demiurge, or at the end of a cosmic cycle when the Demiurge hisself dissolves too. They might be getting this idea from Evola who claims it represents what the early Romans thought.
