Trust your intuition. Was it really fear, or more like awe? Encountering energy, as you know, is feeling it. Whenever you feel a surge of energy, try to direct it to love, imagine hugging it, holding it close. Ground yourself and shake out the excess energy. Our local sphere of energy is not usually capable of containing such extreme external forces for prolonged periods. Overwhelming yourself by direct contact should generate fear, since that is a protective stance using E-Motion energy. Allow your helper(s) to mediate for you, they are made up of different types of energy than your own and can buffer parts of it. There should be a small part of you that reflects the same energy as the energy you are contacting/connecting with, and this energy in your sphere aligns with the energy outside your sphere.

think that no one really called to me,feels quite vacant ,disconnected. Unless of course Im missing signs.I have a spirit that likes to pop and rush me into learning divination theory and techniques, to be fair I did ask for mentorship and he seems like a smart little monk.
But I cant say i really felt a god like presence,I do think it would catch my attention and keep me respectful .

I guess I could say that Im interested in her in terms of what kind of person is she.Her liminality and the ability to access different "layers" is very intriguing satchel.
