Is Satan a summonable demon?
Which books teach how to summon him and show a seal?

There is one of these old medieval "Faustian" grimoires with colourful drawings of demons and semi topless witches which gives a seal for Satan. I tried to find it but I'm unsure of the exact title at the moment.

I remember the Simon Necronomicon had a seal for Lucifer that was adopted by lots of people; I've seen it on a band t-shirt.

Any idea is really evocated! Why not a Satan?! This entity is very old and very dangerous! But attention! Satan is a only under octave, Lucifer is high! And sigil? In the net is very many versions, but you know, you sigilised new version in the GD rose cross. Satan is in hebrew - shin, tet and nun and you have. Its all.

I'm not even sure there's much in terms of an agreement which amongst Satan, Lucifer, Azazel, Samael and probably several others are separate entities and which ones are different names for the same guy.
Aside from that, I wouldn't advise to summon anything that will show up when you call a name pretty much universally associated with a being mad with personal hate for every single atom of the universe. Culture has power over you even when you disagree with it.

Entities like Satan, Lucifer, Samael, Azazel, or Belzebuth/Beelzebub don't always match.
Still, I wouldn't think that someone wanting to call forth Satan would necessarily mean the same as the typical view of that being.
Differences are important because of this.
But I definitely wouldn't think about calling forth Belzebuth easily.
Belzebuth is usually seen as a strong, evil demon.

Certainly, unless it would be someone truly, willfully and intelligently malicious, which is quite a rare alignment overall. That being said, your conscious will is not the only thing that does the summoning. Your unconscious mind, ever engulfed and created by your culture, won't be easily convinced to see Satan as anything other than the evil he was always understood as.

Exactly. That’s what makes it challenging - our unconscious mind can have a lot more impact than we realize.
