I have a new superior at work. She's volatile as hell. Been difficult to work with. Just wondering what practices do you use in your every day life to deal with this? I am a Santa Muerta devotee and reached out to her with my petition to help. But I'd like to know what other solutions there are to not hurt her, but maybe get her to change or exit the company.

I'm not sure how does this exactly work, but it doesn't really seem like there are a lot of options when your god is literally death, especially nonviolent ones.

She's just Holy Death, but doesn't wish death upon anyone. She's death personified as a motherly figure. Ultimately death does come to us all.
I've been working with her to ease my daily issues and stress. But I've never found her to be evil or vindictive.....Rather honest and protective and wanting people to change for the better.

Yeah, I was joking a bit. She does really keep some of her Catholic roots, it seems.

It’s obvious she wants something from you. I think you should invite her to dinner.
Quite a lot of problems at work can be solved with a few candles and two glasses of wine.
And who knows, if dinner goes well, it could even end in a raise. :)

You could try the Wiccan "Rule of Three" which sends back to her whatever she deals out thrice-over. The main caveat of Wiccan practice is that "it harm none," so if she isn't actively hurting her staff maybe it will just open her eyes to her unpleasant behavior. If she is truly wreaking havoc, that's another story.

A domination paper? Her name, written on paper, folded, placed in your shoe so you're literally stepping on her. Or if that's too harsh, scatter some 'go away' type herbs and powders where she works.
The Wiccan rule only applies to the person casting/sending, not the target.
